Meditation is the key to build a strong heart to heart connection between you and your child.
It makes you as a parent (and your child) more self-aware; you learn how to be the truest, purest version of you.
‘Start them young’, is what I highly believe in. There is no ‘too early’ when it comes to building a meditation practice.
The beauty of practicing together with your child is that the effect of meditation gets even stronger.
Moreover, your child is your mirror. When you are stressed out as a parent, your child will react to this. Therefore your child is your teacher. Your child is your reminder to do your practice and from their feel the strongest connection.
Children will learn how to relax and to listen to their bodies in a fun and playful way. They will enjoy the benefits of the different practices at school as well as at home.
I am very aware of the fact that I was lucky to receive teachings so early in life. It was the answer to my sensitivity. Part of my daily meditation practice goes out to all childen who are in need of guidance and that their teacher will come when it’s time. Our world is yearning for their gifts.
As a child, I practised with different teachers, with my mother and by myself.
