With precision, Victorine feels into what happens in the bodies of her students and teaches from there. She naturally guides people how to make deep contact with what needs to be felt and seen, with a wide open, radiant heart.
Following a teaching is an unique combination of:
Eastern and Western Psychology to become aware of what needs attention on a mental and emotional level
Yin Yoga to become present in the body and to awaken what needs to be healed
Meditation and visualisation techniques to open up to the subtle energies
Learning how to merge with any kind of high spirit energy (Saints, Gods, Angels and more)
