Victorine weaves together science and spirituality with her own experience and insights to empower her students and bringing them straight to their center. Over the last 10 years she has witnessed the more the student surrenders to what is being transmitted from the spirit realm, the deeper the healing occurs.

Victorine’s Teachings include all wisdom traditions on this planet and throughout all Universes. From Tibetan Buddhism to the Archangels, from Egyptian traditions to Shamanism. It is all inclusive.

With precision, Victorine feels into what happens in the bodies of her students and teaches from there. She naturally guides people how to make deep contact with what needs to be felt and seen, with a wide open, radiant heart.

Following a teaching is an unique combination of:

  • Eastern and Western Psychology to become aware of what needs attention on a mental and emotional level

  • Yin Yoga to become present in the body and to awaken what needs to be healed

  • Meditation and visualisation techniques to open up to the subtle energies

  • Learning how to merge with any kind of high spirit energy (Deities, Saints, Gods, Angels and more)

I have had the pleasure of attending Victorine’s teachings for 5 times now. It has changed me every single time. She helps allowing me to feel different internal emotions versus when I’m in therapy.

Victorine has a truly deep connection to others and herself; and I’ve felt that every single session. Be it in the blazing heat in Ibiza, or an extremely tranquil yoga-studio in Amsterdam, or on a yogamat in my own room. Live or on Zoom, it doesn’t matter with Vic.

She has the capacity to collaboratively touch on your emotions and state of being through gentle workings of the body in Yin Yoga, majestic visualisations and conceptualisations in the theater-of-mind.

With the yin classes of Victorine I have found the perfect balance between the HIIT and Strength Trainings (yang) where I force my body to exceed in performance and extent my boundaries, and the mindful Yin classes where I challenge myself to find the calmness in my body and mind and to listen to my feelings and emotions. The intensive training and the Yin stretch poses are a very powerful combination for your muscles.

A teaching of Victorine is hard to capture in a couple of sentences. Combining physical movement and deep meditation practices opens up doors inside of which I did not know the existence places which normally stay closed.
